“Since the remodel, it is very cramped and it difficult to find what you’re looking for. There are also a lot of carts and broken down boxes in the middle of a few aisles which make it even more difficult to navigate around the store. Other than that, I’ve been coming here since it was built and it’s very convenient”

“Wayyyyyyy better than the Michigan center one. The one in Michigan center is a dump with no air conditioning and falling apart building and shelves. This one is clean, well stocked and has AC lol. And is near the Michigan center one. Might as well close the one in center and expand this one into a dollar general market like the one in Marshall.”

“The store is often cluttered as are most Dollar Tree or Dollar Generals etc. due to the high flow of product they get in, but outside of that they do their best to assist their customers. In my experience the staff that stock the shelves are consistently friendly, and more than willing to move their carts if necessary or reach something for you if asked. The registers are as they are at most places, understaffed, but the cashiers do their best to get you out scanned as quick as they can.”

“Usually pretty good. Close to home but they really need to work on the party occasion area. Birthday bags just throwen down not hung up. Still wrapped in plastic. So have to dig threw all of them to find the size I need. Some staff is extremely rude. I don't care if she has a mental or physical handicapp. She's rude and not the way to treat the staff. I only will go there when the manager is working or the blonde hair lady I like..they both are the most friendly people in that store!! And very knowledgeable”

Wish I had caught his name, but he had excellent customer service skills, and just had that positive energy. Give him a raise and promotion immediately! “Recently the past few days I have seen some new faces and they are seriously the sweetest employees I've encountered there in a LONG time. Make you feel welcome when you come into the store and when you have to much stuff in your hands while in line go out of their way to give you a basket. Walking with your groceries? No problem double bagging for you. The lines have also been significantly quicker now that there are actually people doing their jobs!”
