I live just down the road and barely go to this one anymore. Would rather go to one who will ACTUALLY STOCK THE THINGS ASKED FOR instead of continously ignoring customers who used to go in 3 times a day if needed. Since they refuse to stock certain flavors of juice since my child can't drink the others, I'll go elsewhere

Wayyyyyyy better than the Michigan center one. The one in Michigan center is a dump with no air conditioning and falling apart building and shelves. This one is clean, well stocked and has AC lol. And is near the Michigan center one. Might as well close the one in center and expand this one into a dollar general market like the one in Marshall.

I don't mean to be a Karen , but the girls in here always move so slowly. There are never behind the counter when you need them there. Then when they see you've been waiting awhile they finally come and never move with a sense of urgency

The exterior of this building is not very well taken care of. Their cardboard that is meant for recycle is blown all around the yard and it’s not a very appealing to the eye.

In the past I would go to the dollar general on Page Avenue until the one on South Street opened, we really liked this location ( closer for us) when it first opened. However recently the current employees close early,the customer service is awful. The employees stop in the middle of waiting on customers to reply to texts on their phones. As well as employees that are not scheduled to work are hanging out and talking to the employees that are working. Customer service in the store has gone downhill drastically over the last few months. I have not been back in a few weeks due to this however today I needed to grab something quickly, so I stopped there. The store was a mess, you could not even get through half of the aisles. When I approached the cash register the cashier was texting on her phone and did not even acknowledge me. As she started to ring up my items another employee walked in with McDonalds that she had ran to get for them, she stopped ringing up my things to go through the bag and get her food out of it and discuss the other employees drive thru experience. She then finished ringing my items up, the only words that were spoken to me were to give me my total. I also had to get my bag as she walked away as soon as she handed my receipt to me. I had a total of 3 items and it took well over 5 minutes just to check out. I will never come back to this location!!!

A flea market is more organized than this store. Can't get down most of the aisles can't get down any if you have a cart. I don't know how you sell anything on the back wall, because it's blocked ALL the time. If your staff did more stocking than talking to friends and relatives that come into the store to visit, they might get their work done. Please hire people who care about the store.

Just made a quick stop and was just about completely ignored by the woman. She was busy conversing with another employee that had just walked in to chat with her. Could barely look at me to tell my the total. As soon as I walked out they ran just out in front of the door and started smoking. Very rude unpleasant.

I was in there yesterday approximately 5:30. One of the staff was talking to their significant other on their cell, laughing and playing around. One of the cashiers actually stopped waiting on me to carry on conversations about another staff member who may be getting promoted and how they would transfer to another store. She referrenced herself as the key holder. Extremely unprofessional. I spent more time in check out, then actually shopping and there where 3 staff members working! Very frustrating!

The employees are honestly the most friendly compared to the other ones at other locations. The employees honestly make me laugh everytime I come in. Love it.
