Usually pretty good. Close to home but they really need to work on the party occasion area. Birthday bags just throwen down not hung up. Still wrapped in plastic. So have to dig threw all of them to find the size I need. Some staff is extremely rude. I don't care if she has a mental or physical handicapp. She's rude and not the way to treat the staff. I only will go there when the manager is working or the blonde hair lady I like..they both are the most friendly people in that store!! And very knowledgeable

11/25/2023 at about 2:15pm Problem- Witnessed an employee walking back and forth outside the front of the store while smoking a cigarette. Not only making any and all people entering the store have to walk through her smoke, but she also spent a good amount of time standing directly in front of the propane tank exchange. Since the bold "NO SMOKING" and "FLAMMABLE" wording on the cage was apparently to difficult to decipher I'll explain it relatively simply. Smoking in front of customers and in front of propane tanks is extremely rude and insanely dangerous. Solution- Simply walk around the west side of the store, light your cigarette, smoke it, put it out and blow all remaining smoke out from your lungs and mouth before stepping back towards the front of the store.

The staff is usually very helpful but there are times I think there just overwhelmed with all the stocking. There is so much at times you can't get down the isles. The store is always clean. And the prices are great . I do have an issue about the id when you make a 60+ yr old woman put her drink back! Really ? SMH

We went in there this (suggested from my friendly DG) to get some balloons blown up. The gentleman was very friendly but the individual in the back was VERY rude. I am sorry you had other balloons to blow up BUT that is no reason to speak loudly and rudely to us. We were willing to wait our turn but with that lack of costumer service NO THANK YOU!!!

Walked in on 6/26/2022 and was going to buy a few groceries and was wearing a backpack as I use that as a purse while walking my dog with my boyfriend. I was stopped immediately after grabbing a cart and told I wasn't allowed to enter the store because of my backpack due to someone using a backpack in the past to steal items and I told them it was basically my purse and used it to carry my wallet and all my things and have had no previous problems before and they asked me to leave it by the register or leave the store. I left the store and took my business elsewhere as numerous customers sat and looked at me like I was some thief.. my point is this.. if you allow purses in of any size ANYONE could use a purse just the same as a backpack to steal things but alot of shoppers didn't have issues bringing those inside without being looked at like some shoplifter... I was not only embarrassed by the cashier but I was also offended to the fullest. I'm contacting corporate since I was treated this way and discriminated against for what I was wearing and from today forward I will no longer be shopping here!!!!
