I visited the downtown location only once since I moved back to Michigan. My visit was a little uncomfortable, to say the least, so I didn't stick around long. I wanted to browse the store but the employees (there were two present at the time) seemed like they didn't want me there so I ended up leaving without getting a close look at any of the store's inventory and just having a cursory glance. I probably won't go back for a while, and it's already been a while since this visit, but it soured me on the place.

Very rude, they claim they "buy and sell" but all they do is sell I've been in there multiple times with different things that were almost brand new and they act like the things in their store is so nice.

This is a great store. The gun selection is great for the limited space. The employees are knowledgeable and they have great prices.

All was great with them until..... I got a loan on an item diamond earrings to be exact... When I called and came in to pay for my loan I was told I didn't have anything in. Now I seen them today and I ask about my loan history low and behold I was in the right they now want me to pay either the late fee from October to Now or the price they are asking when it's not my fault I was told I never even took a loan out make it make sense people!!! I wouldn't have the late fee had you been honest from the start. I walked out mad and will never do business with them again.

Fair pricing on guns and stereo equipment. Little high on television and other electronics.... Tool prices can use some work. But in their defense people are always trying to get top dollar for tools when pawning them..As far as second hand shops go one of the best in Jackson.

Love this place. Can't find what your looking for at Walmart or target. This is my next best place to look. But not on line. Like brose the store. Checking out.
