It's a pawn shop
I was given the impression after trying to do business with them that if they do buy they will only offer as little as they possible can even if the items are worth hundreds of dollars just so they can mark up what ever they buy
I know businesses have to make a profit to stay in business but it's ridiculous

I was given a very generous amount for the jewelry I sold to D&D... and I also purchased a laptop for an extremely fair price. Definitely pleased that we stopped in , they checked all the boxes. The staff was extremely helpful and professional and kind. May God Bless you and your business for your hard work & honesty!

I visited the downtown location only once since I moved back to Michigan. My visit was a little uncomfortable, to say the least, so I didn't stick around long. I wanted to browse the store but the employees (there were two present at the time) seemed like they didn't want me there so I ended up leaving without getting a close look at any of the store's inventory and just having a cursory glance. I probably won't go back for a while, and it's already been a while since this visit, but it soured me on the place.

Great staff. Very polite. Fair prices on jewelry whether your buying or selling. They also have a good selection Of electronics, hand tools, and sporting goods including bows, long guns(&semi-auto pistls) , and hunting knives.

Depending on when you go in they've got a pretty good selection of items at a fair price..good selection of handguns new or used, bows for hunting(compounds an crossbows) tvs,computers,stereo equipment, large selection of tools, several chainsaws..if they don't have it at the Jackson store they might have it at the bigger Lansing store.

Definitely the worst place to sell stuff at. I bring in a monitor with literally 0 problems and the lady tells me "this adjuster, it's supposed to come off. I can't accept that" even though after I did the research to jog my memory back up I seen that the adjuster does not come off, she had no idea what she was talking about and made no effort to try and help.
