It's a utility billing company, can't say much good or bad about it. Unfortunately, similar to power here where I live, I don't have a choice in water provider. This means I don't have a choice but to speak with their entirely rude staff when I have to pay my bill (up until recently). Up until very recently you could not pay online, they demanded a check be brought in or mailed, and if this was something you couldn't do you'd be paying a several dollar 'administration' fee to have a card ran over the phone.A note to management; be mindful that the reason you serve who you do is not by choice-and if choices were available, your incredibly rude, elderly staff would be the reason you had no customers. Very shameful. I've never had a good interaction with a member of staff here.
