Parking lot is converted and it's well maintained in and out of the bank the whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful the transaction's are fast and pleasant it's a great place to do any kind of banking ur in need of u will wish you choose them sooner if you come to true community nice place

Very disappointed with the level of customer service and lack of follow through. I was double charged for my vehicle payment. The blame was placed on the web payment service. Ok, that’s fine. I get it and understand technology is not perfect. Took over 3 phone calls to ensure that my credit was going to be pushed back through to my normal bank. The last excuse I was given was that the prior customer service agent put the request in but the ACH processor was out of the office for the entire week. A week and a half later I’m still having to follow up and track down the money I’m owed due to True Community’s incompetence. If this was the other way around, you better bet that it would be a totally different scenario.

I went into the credit union to start an account when I over heard employees talking about their love for Anitfa. I ask the employee about this comment and their response was that most if not all the employees support Antifa and that the credit union gives money is support if Antifa. I walk out after this and encourage anyone who has an account with them to close it immediately.

Went online to get hours for drive thru and it said to press * button and it doesn't tell you. Can not get a person to answer simple question. The hours for the drive thru are not kn google.

I usually go to the main CP , but today I went to the spring arbor road because it is closer to home. I will make the extra trip to main from now on. Today we were met with very unenthusiastic customer service. I would not say that people were rude, just not inviting. My daughter opened her first bank account today and when she walked up to a teller ( there was no one at any of the windows) she was told that she needs to wait in the future to come up until she is called. Not a welcoming hello or I can be with you I. A moment, just a stern warning, from a teller eating behind the desk. I am not one to write bad reviews but this was just bad customer service. I have been a member since I moved to Michigan 4 years ago and have always loved CP. This whole experience just was no good. Again, not so much rude, just not inviting, and they seemed to be almost bothered we were there.

The Visa Department is Clueless My business visa card was compromised so they shut it down, which I appreciate. However, they never notified me. I tried to use the card a week later and I was declined. I inquired and they claimed it should not have been declined and blamed it on the merchant. When it was declined a second time at a different location I inquired and then they told me they shut it down two weeks prior. Upon my request, they issued me a replacement card. When I used it, it was rejected so I called again. They entered my personal zip code instead of my business zip code. They corrected it. Just yesterday I tried to redeem my Scorecard points and I could not sign in. The scorecard company said my account was deactivated. So I created another account with Scorecard and only the points earned since my new card was issued appeared. They "forgot" to transfer my points to my new card. Now I need to contact them so they can correct another one of their mistakes. I wonder how long this will take to get resolved?

Absolutely dreadful wait time. There were 4 tellers but only 2 were helping customers. I walked into a line that was 12 people long not counting the long lines outside in the drive thru. Def not a place to go if you only have an hour for lunch.
