I’ve never had a problem here besides when refinancing they asked me to send info and before I even could they denied it… XD saying I don’t make enough… like that’s why I’m tryna refinance also you didn’t receive my paystubs yet so how do you know…. Anyways idk how much longer imma be banking there based on these other reviews

Terrible credit union, worst mortgage experience I've had up to this point. Interestingly enough, nothing but problems since the merger. I'll be glad when my house sells and I can part ways.

The teller downtown is very rude and does not smile or acts like she wants to be there I wish I knew her name but I just didn’t bother she needs to smile more and make her customers feel more welcome

I had both business and personal accounts with CP (and then True after the merger) for 17 years. After several months of issues with everything from IT problems to troubles with deposits and no help resolving them I closed both of my accounts. I dealt with 6 employees over a period of several months and at best they were not helpful and at worst indifferent. I also find it interesting that of the 4 employees who explained to me how to close my accounts or helped me do it, not 1 asked me why I was closing them. The worst organization I've dealt with in a very long time.

I had a great experience at True Community Credit Union. Staff was very Insightful , knowledgeable and committed to making sure I was satisfied, which allowed me to be Comfortable and Patient..The staff Member was very Helpful and went all out as to help me with the issue I was having.. I'd love to Thank Imani for bringing a smile to my face and joy and laughter to my heart as I waited...

I went to deposit $120.00 and the teller was extremely rude right off the bat and she didn’t even count my money, I told her how much I wanted to deposit and she did it then asked if I wanted a receipt which aren’t you just supposed to give me my receipt anyways at a bank?? And I got home and realized only $100.00 was deposited so I went back I had to talk with THREE different people and they don’t believe that the girl stole my money. They said there is nothing they can do.

Terrible customer service. I recently applied for a loan and was told it would be 24 hours until I hear a response. It’s been a week since I applied and I’ve called several times and left a voice message 3 days ago and still haven’t been called back.

I've been a member since was 6 years old, which was over 30 years ago. Recently, I requested a new debit card be mailed to my address. In response, they deactivated my current card and entered the wrong expiration date. I never had this happen when it was CP. Please drop the TRUE Community name, don't update the App, and sell the company you merged with, which was a mistake. The mostly negative ratings when 5 plus years ago were 4.5 stars and above should tell you that you need to change how you're running the company. In fact, I will most likely switch to a local FL Credit Union after this experience.

This place sucks big time. Horrible customer service. Even worse management. Please find a different bank or credit union to keep your money in.
