Filing a complaint with the Better Business BureauI got scammed and had to dispute the charges on my accountThe young lady I spoke to let me know that there would be 7 to 10 business days until I receive my funds back in my In my account and my Replacement card This happened November 6th It is currently the 27th of November and I have yet to receive anythingThis is a huge inconvenience to me because now I have to figure out how I’m going to pay my rent on timeI cannot wait to close my account

Edit: Had to change. I can't say that it's this branch in particular because I have no idea where these people are that I've been talking to about a loan. It seems like since they've merged, their customer service has gone right down the drain. It has been nearly 2 weeks trying to get answers regarding this loan, 3 days since my last question and still no response. My other 2 loans through them (when they were still CP) took one day and I was driving the vehicle that day! I have no choice now but to go elsewhere and will be looking to refinance my existing loan through someone else.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Its 8 am they have been open for 30 min but when I call them the recording says there closed. I have been waiting 3 days for a check to clear I deposited 3 days ago. I'm supposed to be at DMV getting a few things and I can't and will now be late for work because they can't ANSWER THE PHONE!?! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE AND IF YOUR HOURS HAVE CHANGED YOU SHOULD KEEP IT UP TO DATE!!

Their new computer system is a joke. Random people added onto my account and lovely overdraft fees when you specifically request NO overdraft protection. They had admitted that it was their new system causing my financial stress so you would think they would be apologetic and happy to make it right. Nope, because they couldn't fix the system glitch, it was my responsibility. If you want a bank that truly cares, don't go here. Its been nothing but issues each week.

We were in a pinch late in the day to get an auto loan. Long story short, Jenna understood our circumstances and stayed after hours to finish the deal. She is a rock star at customer service and because of her we will be switching our long time accounts from another institution to CP Federal. Thank you!!
