If I could give no stars I would. This is literally the WORST bank/credit union I have ever been in contact with from withholding a paycheck from an employer (which we had to go through labor and wages and a judge to get the money) to hold personal funds due to one of their employees messing up a social security number how do you do that when working with federal money? Been trying to get the money for over three weeks it’s extremely close to Christmas now and they continue to hold the funds and are now saying it’s under review for fraud but there is obviously no fraud. Have a great day and do not bank with community choice.

I have been a member for more than 2 decades and will not bank anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are also quick to respond and resolve issues that may arise. I definitely recommend CCCU to anyone looking for a bank or credit union.

Bridget was awesome today. Thorough, kind, patient, explained things beautifully, and went the extra mile to prevent mixups. Mother was thrilled with solution Bridget provided. Wish someone else had helped like that months ago when mixups happened frequently. Impressed with watching other staff as I waited.

I've banked with them for 18 years, first with MCCU then CCCU. Since the change to CCCU, my account has been compromised 5 times to the tune of nearly $10k in total. In the past, fraud resolution could be handled over the phone. Now, a paper form has to be filled out and sent in before they will even review the transaction. In the mean time, I have to choose which bills I pay and which I'm late on due to not having my full amount.I'm sad to say but enough is enough and I will be looking elsewhere once this dispute is resolved.

Staff is always personable, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Quick & efficient transactions. The popcorn on Fridays is excellent & my daughter absolutely loves it! :)

Was unemployed and trying to set up the debt protection they sell to protect against it. The debt protection took two months to activate. However before it activated even though I was cooperating and keeping them informed of things on my end. It was their debt protection that they sell that was not activating for two months. So they went into my wife's personal account and took the last but of money we had for our mortgage. Yes they were owed three money however they had not said that they were anywhere near needing to doc mine and my wife's accounts. And the fact that they did this without notification or even communicating that was what they were doing and almost caused us to lose our home. And the kicker two days after they took the money without notification the debt protection kicked in and they got paid for the two months I was behind. So they took the last of my money then got paid by their debt protection and then proceeded to deny a refund of the money. Will not be doing anymore business with them. Closing my accounts and paying off my loan and I'm done
