We give Clinton Trail Animal Hospital a five star rating for their kind and compassionate care of our dear Ruby. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Ruby has always been treated with respect, as have we. The check-in from car process is great, no waiting room with other pets. We've never been rushed or had to wait and there's no shortage of staff. This has not been the case at other clinics we've been to. Good people, good experience, fair pricing, honest and trustworthy. Yesterday was hard, as I had to take my best friend... Dexter to see Dr Sue, as his health had taken a turn for the worse, from old age, & previous heartworm problems. I had to make the hardest decision ever thank you for taking care of Dexter like he was your own

This is NOT an animal hospital!!! Despite the signage and how they advertise. If you do not have an appointment they will happily send you and your dying pets out the door with no help whatsoever.

We had to say goodbye to Bailey, our dog of 17 years. The staff was incredibly professional and empathetic. They explained every step of the process and what we can expect. They made a very miserable sad experience somewhat bearable. They have provided excellent care for Bailey from cradle to grave. We will continue relying on them to care for our cat and any future pet we may adopt.

2 excellent vets with a highly trained, compassionate staff. I'm very pleased with the care they've provided for my dogs over the 13 years I've been taking them there. Their hours are 7:30am to 5pm and they are closed for lunch, and the phone is shut off, every weekday from 12:30 to 1 PM. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The best way to get a same day appointment is to call them at 7:30 AM, as they keep a few appointments open for same day care
