(Prime rib)They not only had it available for me but waited to cut it until I arrived due to it's size to verify what I wanted! It was the best quality ever! “Jason and his staff made our grad party remarkable! The food was great and we received many compliments, as it was literally coming off the smoker and being served fresh and hot. Guests were wanting to know who was catering. The staff were on top of it, and allowed us to enjoy the party. Clean up was a cinch as they handled all of it! The display of the food was also beautiful and inviting. Very pleased with the service and would hire again.”

“Arguably one of the best old world style meat markets in the county, they always stock an impressive variety of meats and seafood. Happily, they have begun labeling the 'select' grade so you can make an informed choice, but if you want top choice or prime you must ask for it. Still, it's my go to meat source.”
