Purchased these 3 succulents today as I had an empty planter at home. So very glad I decided to stop in at Brown Floral. The attention and kindness I received from the 4 associates I came across was beyond my expectations. And the pumpkin centerpieces one of the associates was creating were just beautiful.

Amazing! Laura and team made a special bouquet / assortment for a friend who was injured. I didn’t ask for anything special. They went the extra mile. Even better, it was easy to order online & they answers the phone the minute they opened. We don’t get this kind of service anymore. 10/10. Just place the order already….!

Just moved to Jackson and live down the street from Brown Floral! Went in there today and when I say it’s BEAUTIFUL, that’s an understatement! They take care of the plants soooo well, you can tell just by looking at them! So many beautiful pots and even good gift ideas! Also LOVE that they have a cat as a greeter! She’s so sweet! Can’t wait to go back to get some plants! ? very friendly and welcoming environment!

I moved to Jackson In October of 2023 and bought a house on Union. This store is absolutely my most favorite thing I see on my daily commutes to and from work. You can tell by the look of the store they take VERY good care of it and your reviews just solidify my assumptions! ❤️

Be aware of "Amanda". My experience with her was horrible She was so arrogant to me and thought it was beneath her to inquire about specific flowers in a bouquet. It resulted in me choosing a different florist. Spent most of the conversation talking about how talented she was with flowers. I've used various florists many times that have outstanding designs, that were courteous, respectful, and "very customer focused", Amanda did not exhibit any of those professional characteristics.

I thought this place was adorable. Stopped in with some friends to show them the shop. I ended up purchasing and item. The person I worked with ,who I perceived to be the owner, said she would “go get more inventory” well I ended up buying one of the item’s. Upon arriving home I noticed it had two stickers, one over another. The item had an original price sticker, then another placed over of a higher revalue. The price I paid. I was totally disgusted. As usually an item with layered stickers would be going down, not up, there’s no way to spin this other than “I’ve been had”…. So disappointing. I will not be back, as I can’t trust the items won’t be marked up when I’m not looking. Unreal.No comment from this business could explain away this scenario. Bottom line bad business. You’ve all been warned.

We walked in during what was and continues to be the hardest time of our lives. The loss of our boy in such a senseless, violent way has been difficult, but the lasting ability to see these arrangements every single day since has been a ray of light. Staff was caring and extremely attentive to every detail. Our son's service and memorial had some of the most beautiful arrangements, both permanent and temporary, that I've ever seen. Thank you.

Brown Floral Co. went above and beyond in the quality of the bouquet I requested. I ordered a simple arrangement with a message of condolence to a family member and the arrangement delivered was clearly crafted with care and the loss of a loved one in mind.I don’t live in the area but will absolutely recommend them for all future events big and small. They were fantastic to work with.

I ordered an arrangement for Mother's day to be delivered to my Mom while I was out of town. The delivery was missed on Saturday so I reached out to the company full expecting to get zero response. HOWEVER, the owner reached out to me on Sunday (although they were closed) and made a special delivery to my mom that day to make sure she received her arrangement.Thank you Brown Floral for going above an beyond to make this correction. It made mine and my Mom's day!
