We were at the dealership today getting my son a new vehicle. We called to get the Insurance put on the new car, which he already has Insurance with them. Scott was very rude and kept reminding us that they close in 10 mins. He asked if we could wait till tomorrow and we said no and that we had ALL of the info he needed. After getting all the info and a payment he said he would email us the proof. After waiting for the proof, we finally got it. IT WAS FOR THE WRONG CAR! Now they were closed. Thank goodness for the after hours people. We finally got the proof and he was finally on his way. He will be calling around tomorrow for a new insurance company.

By far the worst insurance company l've worked with.. they will promise you anything to buy themselves some time then disappear. My vehicle has been sitting at a shop for 4 weeks. No word from the claims department (I've left multiple voicemails! Adena Bailey, the claims supervisor shouldn't have a job.) Brandon called me and said he was going to get on top of it and call me back the next day.. that also never happened.

Called during business hours. NO one ever answers after multiple calls. You have to work hard to even get by the computer. Makes it easier for them, but a pain in the but for their customers. I will look somewhere else for insurance.

I'm So Glad I called State Farm for my car insurance needs. I couldn't believe the price they quoted me was cheaper than what I estimated AND It included renters Ins. Too! These Guys really do the best job around, hands down! If your looking for insurance don't hesitate just call , you won't regret it!

I have had to call State Farm Corporate Offices, just to stop the constant mail from State Farm to not only to me, but , my roommate, (whom has never had a license, much less a car), and his Dead Father, (whom I am Pretty sure doesn't need insurance).So, beyond the "Bordering on Harassment" mail and phone calls, I have used State Farm in well over 30 years and will not...Have a great day... ?
