Unprofessional. Tim came to visit my father's property in preparation for an appraisal of his estate. He showed up late, with the excuse that his dog was sick. Ok, things happen. It wasn't the biggest deal. After looking around the place, he sent me a contract to sign for services. I signed and returned the contract via email. After that, all contact ceased. No communications whatsoever. I'd expect if Tim didn't want to take on the business, he would say so and not leave me hanging. I eventually went with another service.

Knowledgeable and entertaining auctioneer, nice facility for consignments. Tim moves quickly and efficiently through an auction. Courteous and efficient staff.

Very poorly run business and auction. Auctioneer was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually yelled at one lady and wouldn’t let her bid. I would have profusely apologized to the poor woman and offered her a refund. I am a small business owner and was appalled at how badly he treated his customers. One couple who had a question were yelled at and told he would deal with them later. Auction was disorganized and way overpriced for the market. Expensive items were not catalogued or mislabeled. Condition issues with high value items not disclosed. He sold high ticket items after box lots when everyone had gone. I would never consign with Bos or waste time going to his auctions.

Worst auction house I have been to in a long time! Definitely would not consign with them. Auctioneer was unprofessional, rude and very snippy. Auction was disorganized with items mislabeled and condition issues on items not disclosed. Auctioneer was biased, unfair, and rude to certain bidders. Valuable items were not cataloged. Other valuable items in cases left until the end after everyone had left while he auctioned off $3 box lots. Never going back and would recommend staying away from this auction house.

This was a bad experience. Many household items were not even picked up for auction. Some items that were picked up were donated before auction even took place. Not enough itemization with amount listed for goods that did sell. Would not recommend this business.

Disappointed in this auction business. Saying one thing and doing another. During our discussion (before the contract was signed) the charge would be 25%-35% of the sale. In the end we were told that it took more time and effort so the amount charged was close to 47%. The contract should have been more specific. Our mistake was to believe.
