5 star service repairs with 1 star customer service, so I’ll give 2 stars. Last year I did a $4,000+ job on my Audi A7. They did an excellent job, I will say the technicians are amazing and messed up nothing! Prices are high but you get a high standard of work done.
Anyways I had an appointment scheduled for an $80 diagnostic. That day I woke up with a severe eye infection and went straight to the doctor - I forgot to call AP and it was a no call/no show for the diag. I went home and forgot about this. It’s understandable, they’re upset I wasted a chunk of time. It was a genuine mistake though and I’ve recently paid over 4 grand on a repair, so I was really hoping I could pay a no-call fee and/or prepay the diag charge to cover my mistake.. Nope! Apology not accepted. In fact I’ve been permanently banned from this place for this reason. First time in my life ever getting the boot! I’m no longer a valued customer despite previously paying over 4 grand on 1 job. Well good luck getting anywhere if you believe the customer is always wrong, can never make a mistake and that your money and time is more important than your customers. I’ll happily spend thousands elsewhere.

Automotive Perfection were very professional and made my experience very easy and stress free. I dropped my car off and within a few hours, I was receiving a text letting me know the car was ready. They also check to make sure all other components of my car were in working order. It is safe to say I will use their services again.

I did not visit the shop as it was handled via phone and text. After having the car towed to them. Excellent communication and on time repairs preceded by diagnostic with photos and descriptions. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner!

Very knowledgeable service shop of high end German vehicles. Fully OEM certified. A great option to having to go to Ann Arbor or Lansing for OEM caliber service. Mine is a 2014 Audi A6 TDI. I have full confidence that the Automotive Perfection team has complete knowledge and understanding of the recommended maintenence schedule, preventing issues before they become costly problems.
