Added line and traded in a Galaxy S7 for an S22 Ultra, and ported the number from a Boost Mobile phone. There was nobody ahead of me when I got there about 3pm, so was able to start the process immediately. Was done by 4pm, including time to install screen protector.Deducted 1 star because they didn't have any Lifeproof Next or SEE cases for the S22 or S22 Ultra. Would've deducted only a half star, but that's not an option.

I visited the N W Ave store in Jackson on Thurs, 16 Feb 2024 as it is closest to the relative i am visiting. The moment i walked into the store, i saw a little boy playing by running around the store while yelling. My first thought was, this is a cool store for allowing employees to bring their children to work when absolutely necessary. The child would run into or hit Tyler while he was on the phone answering questions for a customer, so i thought the child was his. Eventually, Tyler put the caller on hold and with gentle politeness, asked the child to please stop being so loud while he was on the phone. The child stopped yelling, but made it a point to bump into and hit Tyler. Tyler finally asked the child's mom (with the same tone of gentle politeness) to have her child sit down. That is a testament to Tyler's demeanor and character.Tyler worked so patiently with me asking many questions, although i told him each question would be my last. He explained everything that i needed to know about the Apple watch i purchased, as i am an Android user. He was professional enough to tell me he was unsure of a question i asked. He asked a colleague whom he described to me as very knowledgeable, having worked in the field longer than himself.I live in Detroit. Because of Tyler i will now travel the 2 hrs to Jackson anytime i need to go into an AT&T store.Tyler's wonderful demeanor, professionalism, kindness, patience and willingness to help, have made the N W Ave store my forever store for as long as he works there.Management: You did exceptionally well when you hired Tyler.

I presented with the same problem I have had at least 3 to 4 different times now with my new phone. It is no better and no different. I had two gentlemen look it over and they couldn’t figure it out either. When gentleman gave me an 800 number to callwhich I have called on several occasions, and there is no sit situation cured from them either. I am very disillusioned with AT&T at this moment.

My husband had a replacement phone that we received under contract. We came into the West Ave store after not being impressed with the East Michigan store. We were greeted by Davd he was so personable and so happy to help us get everything transferred over to the new phone. Management should be very proud to have such a very awesome employee.
