So on July 5, 2024 at about 11:15am, northbound on 103 near Motteville, MI, the driver of truck 5062 repeatedly swerved into the southbound lane in an obviously deliberate effort to prevent my wife from passing him in a marked passing zone. The guy was driving about 5mph under the speed limit. Traffic was light, weather was clear and partly sunny after earlier rain, and the road was flat and straight. We eventually passed him and he then sped up and occasionally tailgated us. By tailgated, I mean he followed us at around a 75' following distance at, and above, 60 mph. I have a few pictures. I'm sure he wouldn't have appreciated it if someone else had behaved in this manner and it was his wife and kid in the car. The criminal disregard for others and lack of professionalism reflects poorly on him, Apollo, and professional drivers everywhere. Sounds like a serious insurance liability at the very least. He should consider a different line of work, perhaps.

Speed limit is 30 where the truck driver was at. He was doing every bit of 40 in a residential area. I understand he has places to go. But there are 2 schools in the vicinity he was driving.Your Truck drivers NEED to slow down and do the speed limit. 1 school is an elementary.

We hauled a load for Apollo back in December, we signed their contract that said we would receive payment for services rendered. Their payment terms were net 30 days. Well their payment is now 21 days past due. That’s 51 days since the load was delivered on time and damage free. The amount is for $360, so if they are having an issue paying that imagine if you booked a higher paying load with them. Each week now when we call or email we’re told “check will be in the mail this coming Friday,” well check still isn’t here Apollo! Such a shame the way companies like this treat small carriers like mine. Won’t ever do work for them again.

I am a guard at a shop that these drivers deliver too. I have to say that most of the drivers are courteous, respectful, and listen to the instructions that I give to them. It's a pleasure to have the regular drivers come in to the plant.

Owner Operator Beware
Owner Jeff Camron has you to pay for the plates up front and says they will prorate what is left for the year when you leave but he made a decision to not give my money back so think long and hard before going there
