I arrived no one was in the store.. The clerk was outside smoking pot. I yelled HELLO she came into the store chating 'on the phone with a friend talking about personal issues and tapping out her joint, and rung up the long cut. Then she requested ID, fine I presented a CLASS A CDL. She wanted to scan my ID I told her I'm not interested you scanning my license. She said it's my job. I said no your job is to attend the customer and not leave a store unattended. Your job is not to get high at work.. Your job is not be on your personal phone when your not on a break.. Your job is not to force me to listen to you talk on you cell phone about personal issues while providing service.Your job is to follow the law.She identified herself Makinzie.People I'm 41 years old, 6'5, 340lbs with huge beard...wearing an extreme hi-vis trucking jacket..You don't get a interstate CDL unless you are 21.I called the non-emergency number for Jackson Police and let them know that they had an intoxicated clerk selling controlled products. Also emailed their corporate office..and..the state commission.MICHIGAN SENATE BILL NO. 574(16) As used in this section:(a) "Bona fide documentary evidence" means a document issued by a federal government, state government, or municipality that includes a photo and the date of birth of the individual.(c) "Diligent inquiry" means a diligent good-faith effort to determine the age of an individual that includes at least 1 of the following:(i) An examination of an official Michigan operator's or chauffeur's license, an official Michigan personal identification card, a military identification card, or any other bona fide documentary evidence that establishes the identity and age of the individual.Section 722.641(8) Before selling, offering for sale, giving, or furnishing a tobacco product, vapor product, or alternative nicotine product to an individual, a person shall verify that the individual is at least 18 years of age by doing 1 of the following:(a) If the individual appears to be under 27 years of age, examining a government-issued photographic identification that establishes that the individual is at least 18 years of age.

Busy, poor parking . Not many good deals at all to even buy anything. I'd like to comment on you're air machine for tires that rips us off everytime we use a credit card! I know you're not responsible per say, but it's on your premises and y'all need to have that BS addressed with the proper party because $3.00 isn't acceptable for air in my tires that i have been overcharged on two!
