Apparently it’s okay for the employees to treat customers like trash if you’re late with a payment. We spoke to someone over the phone told them when we would pay, they said okay well we will continue to make phone calls and stop by and we said fine we understand. Someone shows up to my house Wednesday evening my fiancé answers the man said we are from Aaron’s and we said we’d show up so my fiancé says okay hi and goes to shut the door. The man then starts running his mouth on how tired they are of coming out here, we go back and forth for a few minutes on how we are gonna pay and we always pay with no complaint and how we only have 2-3 payments left he said well that don’t matter. I then told him to get off my front porch because my children are right behind me listening to this argument and as he’s walking down he flips me off and then continues to yell (where my neighbors can hear) how we are two weeks late! I told him I’d be calling corporate and he said good maybe they will tell you to pay your bill on time. The fact that he thinks he won’t get into trouble tells me they allow this behavior. Funny thing is they went from calling 2x + a day and visiting my home to being quiet on their end. I haven’t once been called or visited. I’ve already called customer service 2x, was told the regional manager “tried” calling me yesterday but I received no phone call. I called back today so they transferred me to them and of course no answer so I left a voicemail. I guess it’s perfectly acceptable for employees to yell out customers information and flip them off because he’s tired of doing his job. We’ve been customers for years and to be blatantly disrespected and flipped off at our home is beyond unacceptable. I will not be returning to Aaron’s as a customer and will continue to call and let people know how they allow customers to be treated.

we had our new couch brought in today by Maurice and B.J. and they were such great workers and our door was smaller then the couch but these guys made it work!! and they were also super friendly and nice

I have been a customer many times loyal, honest always in communication today I came home with a note on my door saying to call them over my account mind you instead of calling me professionally to talk about the situation that wasnt my fault my account is up too date no money being owed they show up at my house like I stop making payments when. It was something they did on there end with there system saying I was missing a few payments of a few dollars when it was there glitch not cool guys I don't appreciate it

Purchased a used washer from the Aarons in Jackson Mi. Delivery was on time, but we couldn't wash in only hot water. We wash in cold as to save money and also live in a mobile home and water tank isn't very big. Called on Tuesday, the next day, and they suggested we pull the machine out and check it ourselves. Being 2 66 yr old females this wasn't possible and informed them as such. She said she would have someone there on Wednesday to fix the problem. No one showed or showed the courtesy of calling. Called back Thursday and informed them that my boyfriend was in the hospital dying and didn't appreciate waiting home all day for no one to show up or not even so much as a phone call. Finally someone showed up mid morning. The issue was the hoses were on backwards. And the service person was one of the ones who originally delivered the machine. Customer service is definitely lacking and with today's economy being what it is and people not spending money they don't need to you would think customer service is #1. Now the machine won't spin so we will see how long it takes someone to get here and how long it takes to fix. If these things don't meet my satisfaction will tell them to pick up the machine and will go to Rent a Center.

This store is a joke they want to bring me a loanerbut I got new flooring in my house and don't want it scratched up so we have to wait for them to contact a third party to come try and fix it or I will have to pay for out of my pocket and because they say they can't get ahold of third part to come and fix so because I won't let them bring me a loaner I lost 500 dollars worth of food so Aaron I lost a lot of money and I offered to pay to get fix as long as they nock the money off my billand they wont

This one and the battle creak store are by the worse ones. Never have I ever been treated so horribly to a so called business. I canceled and went to rent a center.

It was really hard to vote one star because my experience today 7-7-2022 was not a good one. I'm not going into details with my conversation with the manager but I assure you a formal complaint is going to happen. After dealing with Aaron's over the years has been pleasant until I talked to the manager at the Jackson Michigan office. So I vote negative 5 stars for this store.

What a joke. Spent an hour trying to get a dryer. For two days lady kept telling me to apply online to get approval amount first. Told her I couldn't find it but make enough. She said either use the kiask or try again lol. So online it said I had to give my bank information to find out what I approved for?!?!?! I just wanted to know what dryers they have lol Done trying Aaron's rental. They make me want to buy cheap and used lol

Bought a couch. Paid two months in advance. After 4 weeks, they took a months payment. Again, I had paid two months in advance. While they refunded the auto payment, I was scolded by the manager for telling him they screwed up, and that my attitude would not have existed but for their mistake. Do not recommend purchasing from them.

We get two beds from them my parents decided they wanted a different mattress so they went to get a different one took them 2 months to bring the new one and then tell us that we have to start all over again once we get the new one after paying for the other one I will never use Aaron's again they tell you they will call you back they never call and they absolutely have no communication there

It's okay. I would suggest that if you can afford to buy your furniture outright then do that. This place is ok BUT know that you will pay double for the furniture that you get here and the employees aren't very helpful after a sale is made.
