I ordered a very nice, sturdy stadium / bleacher chair with a logo to be embroidered on the back. It was not a stock item. It was ordered on Monday morning and I received a phone call on Tuesday that it was ready, including the embroidery. Highly recommend!

Only visited once to use the only UPS pick up service in Ithaca. staff was rude acted like they were being "put out"by having to help a walk in customer. Will drive 50 miles to "other UPS store" before I'd return there.
