This place feels like home...walking in you are greeted with a smile. I was in to get my door handles fixed and chose to wait while they worked. They did an amazing job! They made me feel welcomed and comfortable as I waited for the job to be done!! Thank you Downtown Auto!

Very slow workers that take a hour just to remove a bolt and put it back in.. I'm guessing there tech is one of them guys that looks at it longer than he does just doing it not worth paying 100 a hour for that
