Best parts store in town. Probably seems like faint praise seeing as how there are only two parts stores in town but we're talking night and day.

We were passing by Ithaca on a long drive to see the inlaws and a wiper went out on the highway. My husband walked in here and the guy had the wiper he needed ready to go on the counter before he even said anything. He told him the price and sent him on his way. Excellent customer service.
