I called from out of state for a flower bouquet delivery order. They were very accommodating and put together a display that was both beautiful and honoring. Thank you so much for the special care during a difficult family event.

Suppliers beware. This florist will lie through her teeth about the quality of the flowers and she refuses to pay invoices afterwards.FYI, I will not remove myself from your profile because I am not at the wrong page. I can tell by the misspellings in your reply that you are frustrated and know exactly who I am and why I left negative feedback. Other suppliers as well as potential customers need to know how you conduct your business. I fully agree with the other 1 star review. Your people skills need a lot of work.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. My daughter and I went into Lutey's looking to get a quote for flowers for her upcoming wedding. At first, the lady was acting friendly, as soon as we mentioned we needed flower arrangements and bouquets for a wedding, the clerk's demeanor changed, first telling us she got away from weddings but online her shop is listed as "full service, all occasions " then she tells my daughter 2 months to plan isn't enough time, asks my daughter how much she's looking to spend. This shop owned was so rude, not professional, and didn't have a lot of flowers on display to show us what she could offer. When another woman came in, the owner tried to brush us off, I guess cause we won't worth her time. The other woman told her she wasn't ready to be helped cause she was waiting on her mother to show up. My daughter told her she was only looking to spend $500, the owner emailed my daughter the next day with a quote of $420 (basically getting to the top of budget) We went to another shop and my daughter is get all her arrangements and bouquets for $160 less then Lutey's. I'm very thankful we looked elsewhere. If I could give this shop owner any advice, don't try to take advantage of your customers, if you're not doing work on wedding then let it at that. You're very rude and you lost a customer for the way you handled yourself, you're not the only flower shop in town and therefore you need to keep that in mind. After all, it's the customers that pay your bills. Your up-pricing all because a customer has told you what they have for a budget. Your nastiness and greed got you in the end. Also, it's a small area, and you better believe I'll be sharing my thoughts on you and your shop with everyone I know. Be humble

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mom's birthday at 9 am and it was delivered by 11 am same day! Julie had great customer service over the phone and I couldn't believe how quickly my flowers were delivered. Thank you so much!

Ordered a floral cemetery display box for a Saturday ceremony at Sunset Acres and asked the florist to special motif the display for a teacher. An outdoor display card was inserted among the arrangement with the following: The Influence of a Good Teacher Can Never Be Erased! How True! The comments on those attending stated, how true and beautifully said!The florist did an outstanding job! Very talented person!

I called last minute as they were closing, to get an urgent birthday delivery out and they were totally able to accommodate me for a local delivery!! I would definitely recommend these guys! The arrangement was beautiful and the delivery was fast!! Thank you so much!!!!
