Made an appointment for a haircut (new client), arrived 5 min early. As I was parking a woman went inside. I go inside and woman is in chair with drape on and hairdresser talking to her. Hairdresser greets me and checks her books when I say I'm here for appointment. She says, ok let me get this color on this client first then I'll get to you. I wait in my car (directly in front of shop) about 15 mins and go back in to tell her I'll reschedule because I can not wait without cutting into my other appointments. She says, "ok". No apology, no sorry, no nothing. I just left. Very bad first impression, huge waste of time, and won't be back.
