I would come in almost everyday from when it was first built. I loved the food, its clean, not a bad place at all. All but one of the staff is super friendly and professional. That one staff member named Denis soured my whole view of kwik trip. Denis likes to make fun of the customers at their own expense, to their face. Unprofessional doesn't cut it, this man is down right rude, insensitive and just a plain jerk. I can't believe a nice place like this would keep such a toxic member interacting with the public. I talked to a manager there by the name of Josh but nothing came of it. Never got back to me, no apology, no anything. Right under the rug. Scum

This is No fault of the store I just watched the person ahead of me drive a Dually thru the carwash hitting the equipment ? there's a reason the sign says "Dullys prohibited" I was afraid to go through with the Wash I paid for at the pump after seeing him banging into everything trying it squeeze through. Some people shouldn't have a DL!!! Just a suggestion better protection of the carwash from people that can't/won't Read. Maybe a way to shut the carwash down before the enter maybe a way to refuse the transaction? Cameras and AI are powerful tools an employee could be alerted to someone like this so they can decide. Just a suggestion so other vehicles are not at risk of damage due to a previous customer.

Waited 20 mins for a mobile pick up order and had to pick it myself. Waste of time. There are other gas stations.

I love my Kwik Trips!!!! Was on a beer run. It's actually 50 cents cheaper than back home. Until you ad the deposit lol. I forgot about that part. But yes, excellent service and great selection.

Staff is friendly my only headache is every day when I go in for roller bites or pretzel sticks, the nacho cheese dispenser is ALWAYS empty. I'm tired of asking for it to be changed only to find out I'd have to wait 20 minutes for the new bag to heat up. Not that hard to check....
