“This is No fault of the store I just watched the person ahead of me drive a Dually thru the carwash hitting the equipment ? there's a reason the sign says "Dullys prohibited" I was afraid to go through with the Wash I paid for at the pump after seeing him banging into everything trying it squeeze through. Some people shouldn't have a DL!!! Just a suggestion better protection of the carwash from people that can't/won't Read. Maybe a way to shut the carwash down before the enter maybe a way to refuse the transaction? Cameras and AI are powerful tools an employee could be alerted to someone like this so they can decide. Just a suggestion so other vehicles are not at risk of damage due to a previous customer.”
