The driver and the receptionist is very polite on the phone. Best price on gas in the area and don't charge a bunch of extra fees like everyone else. Great service and they fill your tank fast.

Staff in office is very rude!!!!the valve on my tank was leaking so my wife went to gas company to let them know and pay bill and the lady was very rude and the time before I payed my bill the lady only put a %60 fill when my bill was paid my bill is paid u can't tell me how much propane I can get cause I don't pay regregular.Very rude staff to sit there and yell at a customer in the office.

Purchased some property nearby and wanted a 420lb tank to keep my generator and heat going during hunting season and winter. Went to the office at the beginning of August to fill out paperwork, draw a map to my property, with gps coordinates, and schedule delivery. They were understandably short staffed so it took about an hour and a half to get everything setup.Come day of delivery, no show. Called and they had no idea of who I was or of any delivery... Ok. So I go back to the office to reschedule delivery. Mind you, I live 3 hours away so I'm taking time off of work to be there during the delivery hours I was told. Was told they would be at my property first thing in the morning. Nothing.Ok. So here we are at the end of September, still no tank delivery. I call up to the office just now and was told that they aren't taking new customers...That's fine, but maybe that should have been said before I filled all the paperwork out and before you failed at least twice to deliver what was promised. So now I'm stuck without propane and fall is upon us.Two stars only because the people I dealt with were nice, but that's the only positive about a company that apparently hates my money.

TERRIBLE!! Purchased a home in October, thier tank was already here so we decided to stay with them. I asked them to fill it and they never showed, called 3 times over a three week period still never showed. I called another company to set a tank and fill it, then called irons bottled gas to pick up their tank, called 5 times now, its the end of January and their tank is still in the driveway!!!think I will send them a bill For storage!

I have a cottage on Loon Lake in Irons Mi that my fiance was at with her mother and sister last week. She called and said the stove wouldn't work so I told her to check the gas tank to check the amount of gas. She called me back to tell me our tank had been taken and nobody left a letter or note of explanation as to why it was removed. Plus when the tank was taken they bent our gas line back at a 90 deg angle making it useless. I called Irons Bottle Gas this morning to find out why it had been taken and I was told they didn't know why but they would check and call me back.
They called me back within 30 mins and told me they took the wrong tank when my neighbors tank was to be taken instead. They are returning my tank this Thursday and they will repair my gas line as well.

We have been trying to get Irons out to move a tank that was placed on our neighbors yard. Two years later and multiple calls and meetings on our site with them sending the wrong equipment - still can't get it moved

I've always found that the customer service representative has been very professional & easy to talk & work with. I believe her skill is what makes Irons Bottle Gas one of the best. No problems for over 6 years. I have promoted many to the business. I am also very empathetic. For those that have not had a decent relationship with Irons. That, Stinks !

.My unemployed Daughter ran out of propane Friday morning while sleeping. She went in and used the last money she had to pay for propane and was told it would be delivered that night. It was not delivered, all night without heat with 3 little kids. called Saturday morning and was told it would cost her another 150 to deliver it. She called me in a panic I live well over a hour and a half away an am on a fixed income I can't afford to drive there and am financially strapped my self. Terrible company very unsympathetic and not trustworthy. If I could give negative ratings I would.

Hands down the best company I’ve ever done business with!! The woman (sorry I didn’t get her name) is the nicest person you could ever hope to answer the other end!! Exactly what this small town needs, people who help out!! Even when I took a year to pay off my balance, they never made me feel bad about it!! Seriously if you with another company your crazy!!

Haven't any problems....just wish they had auto fill instead if having to watch the tank.
