I purchased 3 packs of Diet Coke on the 21st to take advantage of the special that was advertised, 3 for $15 with a $3 additional discount. The coke rep was standing next to me and confirmed the special. No, I did not look at the start date. Cashier helped me log in as i did not have my app and needed to enter my phone number so I could get my discount. All set, she said, as she rang me up. My receipt, however, had much higher prices when i got home. I went back to ask for my discount and was told the offer did not start until the 23rd, so my pricing was correct. Two people, mentioned above, were with me in the store and knew exactly what I was trying to do. Her only offer to me as I walked out in disgust over terrible customer service, was “would you like your receipt?”. Last time I shop at a Dollar Jerk ya around.
