The worst banking system around. Have spent about 8 hours on the phone trying to get problems with closing our account taken care of. Every time we called we get a different answer from the representative that we spoke with. And we have made 10 calls in less than 24 hours, because we keep getting disconnected and then of course they can't call you back and you can't get number to call them directly. This isn't the Iron River branch, but the Wells Fargo so called customer care. I had two supervisors that were addressing the issue and both times disconnected and the second one said if we were disconnected he would have someone reach out to me, never received a call back. Called again and this supervisor had a smug tone and didn't even try to go further to help and gave me another phone number to call. This has been so awful and stressful. Actually not any stars.

We are visiting from out of state and just sold our house and it hasn't closed as scheduled. We signed what we could but the final papers will need to be notarized and faxed back to the title company. We went into the Wells Fargo Bank in Iron River and spoke to Stacy. What a delight to meet someone who is professional, friendly and so very helpful. She will help us with what we need when the house closes. It is such a relief to have this taken care of. I should say that we aren't customers of Wells Fargo but that didn't matter to Stacy. Great customer service! Would recommend this branch to everyone! Our house and escrow finally closed today. Yesterday Stacy Gasperich once again went above and beyond in helping us. Can't begin to tell her enough how much we appreciate her help and assistance!
