They lost my medication from being hospitalized and never contacted me to fix the situation. Every time I go here for meds they never have them ready and it’s always dead inside with five incompetent people “working” in the pharmacy. There’s always a wait and they make you feel like a problem for needing your meds.

Snyder’s has really gone downhill. The pharmacy was closed for an hour randomly - there was a lady who mentioned that she didn’t know they close for an hour in the day. The gentleman said, “yeah, I just made that up.” Shut the door and the gentleman who was waiting with me said, “well that was pretty rude.” I come back an hour later and there’s an even larger line. Two people in front of me were trying to get their script and they couldn’t even find it! Running through every bag over and over again, and didn’t have much of an explanation to why it isn’t there! I’ll be transferring to Corner Drug in Iron River. Pretty pathetic Snyder’s.

No point in calling scripts in. They won't get them done even if it's over 24 hours before you go in to pick it up. I've never once had a good experience. Half the time they don't acknowledge you. The other half, they act like you're an inconvenience to them. Ridiculous.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had a simple in/out experience at the Pharmacy. Ever! Not sure why a medication I’m on for life requires such difficulty. Staff lack customer service skills .

A quick warning that like most pharmacies, prices are on average 3 to 4 dollars more than a grocery store or supermarket. Also, the pay for jobs is low and they do not offer insurance to their part-time employees, and they limit severely the number of full-time employees they hire.

Rude, bad attitudes and not very friendly nor very helpful. The first thing they asked for was payment. I had to ask about the instructions for the medication. I had to keep going back to see if the prescription was ready.

Clean and tidy. I typically get my scripts very quickly. The greenhouse in the summer is amazing.Bonus- The check out lady in the evening is a delight. You can tell she’s worked there many years and is so kind and helpful every time. Gives great gardening tips.

Staff always smiles when they see you. Only thing is when getting prescriptions the pharmacy staff need to acknowledge the customer even if they just day one minute please, not leaving us standing at the counter just staring and willing them to get your meds.
