Our taxes took months to arrive. When they were supposed to finally deposit into our account, we noticed our bank account number was wrong. When I had called (when it says he is supposed to be open), there was no answer. I left 3 voicemails and sent an email. I still have yet to hear anything back on how to resolve this matter. I also found out not all of my taxes were filed for my business and I was charged penalties, as well as, late fees. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and quality of work. Would not recommend.
