I came from Fla. to Iron mountain. Had Becca help me with transfer Wells Fargo to Flagstar. Only problem I have now is Flagstar app won't load on my phone.

This is a review for Flagstar Bank as a whole in general. While the tellers at the Iron Mountain branch were very helpful faxing paperwork to my loan officer, the bank as a company is terrible. I closed on my house in September,made one payment then was informed they sold my mortgage. The company they sold it to are a bunch of crooks.I wanted to keep my loan local. I could have gotten a better interest rate through a different out of state lender if I wanted to deal with some across the country.My credit score was also damaged because of the sale of my loan. This has ruined the home buying experience for me and I have already stirred five people away from doing mortgage business with Flagstar. Stay away from this garbage bank.

I just recently moved to the area and had some issues with my online account. Casey Flaminio was there to help me with any questions I had and the issue with my mobile app. I had pleasant experiences with other branches of Flagstar, but when Casey came to help, she was very polite, helpful and went above and beyond for helping me out. 12/10, I recommend her. The other employees are just as great too, but every time I went in, Casey was the one who helped me out.

I was travelling out of state and their atm stole my ONLY debit card. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Thank God I have a bank, and a banker that helped me in this situation. Truly an awful experience with this bank.

My wife and I are moving back to the area and needed a local bank, however we travel a lot and wanted a bank with a larger footprint. Flagstar fit our needs, and they folks at Flagstar in Iron Mountain were great. Tiffany made opening our new accounts quick and easy. She made sure we had the mobile app all set up, and provided temporary debit cards for us to use until we get our permanent ones. Lastly, the branch manager called my wife to make sure we had a great experience and that all our questions were answered. Coming back from a big city, it's nice to get the small town friendly service again. Thanks everyone at Flagstar.

My husband Mike opened up a savings account with Casey Flaminio, relationship banker at Flagstar, and Casey was very professional, thorough, and very accommodating. She deserves a A+ in customer service, and will highly recommend Casey and Flagstar Bank to my friends.

If you are one that likes to go into a brick and mortar bank and have the employees recognize you and call you by name then this is a great bank for you.The people are friendly, and they really do work with you to make sure you get all of your banking needs met.
