Heather, the store manager, she is always polite and able to fix just about any problem that arrives on a customer's phone. A great blessing to Verizon. Also, the new Verizon worker, named Ryan, is a wonderful young gentleman and a Bonus to this Verizon store.

Heather, the store manager in Iron Mountain, MI was so patient and extremely helpful. During a short vacation in the UP my phone would not charge and she was able to access my info and set up a new phone for me. She took a frustrating experience and made it a smooth transition!
