My husband had a VA appointment in Iron Mt a few weeks ago on a Friday, and we wanted to donate a small bag containing a few brand new shirts. The sales woman at the counter was incredibly rude, telling us they only take donations on Wednesday and Saturday. Well, we live 75 miles away! She could've made an exception for 2 small items. It's not like we were trying to drop off a living room set.... would've been so easy for her to just take the bag and put it behind the counter.... some ppl should NOT have jobs where they deal with the public!

I wanted to buy a lamp today since it was cheaper than the one in Iron River (slightly), but they want to charge 3% to use a card! Plus, you have to buy a minimum of $10! It's not happening! I'll take my money elsewhere!By the way, you can buy a new lamp for $15 at Walmart!! STOP OVER CHARGING FOR FREE STUFF!!!

Prices are too high for customers. And when you open in the morning make sure you have change. Don't turn customers away

Overpriced. Paper signs everywhere stating rules and store policies everywhere are not inviting. I love thrifiting, but this place isn't even worth your time and it's a shame. I cant ever seem to find anything of value yet the prices are like retail. Lower your prices, your inventory is not worth even half of what you're asking.
