Stylist: Billie cut my hair for years and when cost cutters shut down for Covid, I had to find another stylist. Well, I moved and am back getting my haircuts from Billie and she does an amazing job. I absolutely love how she cuts my hair, she can do anything. Plus she is so friendly, it’s like we never missed time together. Our conversations picked up where we left off. I love it there. Tip your stylist people, they do great work.

I have had several negative experiences with this place. Everyone seems to dislike there job; awful customer service by very young females who have little to no customer service skills in communication. It’s extremely unprofessional. I have had three side shaves done all never the same way. Missed hair, crooked hair line, and any young females cutting hair would rather be on there phones then actually be excited to to cut hair. They either can’t keep employees or people don’t show up to work, with all the chairs empty and one lady only folding towels and the other cutting one persons hair, I was told they couldn’t take a walk in. Wasn’t offered any other schedule options. “We can take you whenever really” but not really cuz Sunday and Monday day and the current day was a no go. I will never go here again, I went many times trying to enjoy the experience, to be met with bad attitudes from the older ladies to no personalities or communication skills from the younger ladies.

The staff is prompt and friendly. Great place for the whole family to get hair cuts. Aside from hair cuts styling or giving a new look. They have 3 tanning beds and offer tanning packages. They sell a veriatey of top name hair products.

I arrived early and Jackie was ready for me. We always chit chat while she is cutting my hair
Stylist: Jackie cuts my hair she does a wonderful job I have such thick hair and just enough of my Mom’s curl that she makes me look beautiful!!

Initial post given 5 stars. But read on...Jackie was recommended to me, & she gave me an excellent haircut. She took the time to ask questions & the finished look was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Jackie! Update - about 1 month later. Went back again. When I made my appointment I asked to have a shampoo & style in addition to haircut as I had surgery & could only wash my hair in the sink. Had to wrap my foot for a shower. So, I looked forward to a good shampoo & head massage. Apparently, this was not conveyed. I did get a shampoo, but only a haircut. It was obvious that the shampoo was causing with time management. Went from shampoo station, to somewhat dried finger manipulated hair to out the door. No return to station as the next customer was waiting. I know time is an issue when you go to a "factory" like Cost Cutters. Trying to cram haircut after haircut after haircut is sad. It didn't highlight Jackie's talents

Never going again. I have long layered hair and within 10 minutes she was done. It hardly felt like she touched my hair. I asked her to cut more and I got another minutes worth. My hair feels just as heavy and terrible as when I walked in and you can't even tell she cut anything. I will never go back. Do you self a favor and go to a real stylist.
