“They leveled my 1979 Square Body after an uneven 8" Skyjacker lift (not installed by MI/WI Spring) install. It wasn't quite perfect when I got it back, but Josh M recognized it before I did and rescheduled me to make it right. Josh brought this to Dave Sr. , personally managed the correction and gave my truck back to me better than I could have expected. 100% integrity in my experience. This company is absolutely outstanding in every regard - last visit turned out to have a minor mastake made - called it in - within the day the ACTUAL mechanic who worked on it came out to our home (10 miles) to check on my car, made sure that a loose screw was retightened (which caused some oil droppings) and left with "your next oil change is free" .... the people at Pomps under their great ownership are amazing !!! Little red gocart is happy on the road again ;))”

“I had the pleasure to have the folks at Arcand's service Center work on my car. I went to see them if they would mount four new tires and check my brakes as I had been told a local dealership that ilI to have the rear brakes re placed. The dealership gave me an estimate of $570.
00 which I thought was a bit much. My brakes were checked, long story short. I do not need the brake job,at least for not for a couple years. The price that Arcan's quoted was $600.00for both front and rear. I will say that the Crew at Arcan's Service Center are honest; they could have done the work and not said a work about not needing the brakes changed and I would have paid. This a business with integrity.

“Hi I have been waiting to get the email for the review of my technician and I havent received it yet. I would like to just say your employee Shawn at your iron mountain Michigan store did a great job!! He was super friendly and did the job fantastic!!! He went above and beyond to do the job right and even tho the weather wasn't the best he didn't complain at all. Ive never had any experience with windshields and he answered each question i had with enthusiasm and it sorta felt like I knew him like a good friend ive known for years. My windshield was shattered and definitely thought it would be an issue for him cause there wasn't a good spot for him to suction cup the tool to separate the windshield from my truck but he didn't even hesitate to figure it out and really just did a fantastic job even tho the weather and my windshield were working against him. I was extremely impressed and I hope the rest of your employees have the same attitude as Shawn cause it was like I had my family member as a technician and because of that I will always be choosing safelight and will recommend it to everyone I know when they have glass troubles AND IM GUNNA RECOMMEND THAT ASK FOR SHAWN!!! cause id want my family and close friends to receive the same professional and almost like family experience I had when shawn came to my house cause I only recommend the best to them and I know that shawn will give them that. “Went in for my tire appointment and was told my tires were not ready and that I needed to come back. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for the tires and had called the day before to confirm that they would be ready. After I left they found my tires and they had been there the whole time. However, they called and let me know they made a mistake and that they were sorry. They then offered to waive my lifetime balance and tire disposal fee.
