I called yesterday about a car that they had for sale. They were very nice to me and all, which I felt would be promising. I let them know I could get financing through my credit union, but my loan officer is out until Tuesday and I could close on it by next Friday at the very latest and then come get the car. They even tried to get me approved through their financing company yesterday, so they took down all my info to run my credit. They told me yesterday that they would let me know by today, Saturday, March 30th if I was approved through their financing companies. I finally heard from them at 1:30 today, Saturday, and they told me they sold the car! Wow…I am beside myself….I guess, if you don’t have money in your pocket or if you can’t get financing the same day, (even though they told me that since it was 5:00 they would have to wait until the next day for an answer in regards to their financing) don’t get your hopes up. It’s not first come first serve with this dealership. Money talks and that is all that matters to people anymore. Truly a sad world we live in these days. I’m sure there are some good dealerships out there, but they are probably few and far between.

Bob and Kevin are amazing stayed late so I could get my truck for work the next day great customer service helped me a lot and made it really easy to get the truck

Would definitely recommend working with the team at Trevor Merren! Austin was very helpful throughout the purchasing process and was always kind and communicative. Everything was transparent and they were very honest and up front with answering any questions. The manager (didn't catch his name) was also kind and informative when discussing my possible trade-in. All of the cars I saw seemed to be quality used vehicles. All in all, Austin and team really helped make this process a very positive experience. Thank you!

Bob has been awesome to work with. Went this past saturday to drive the vehicle I was interested in and found that it's the perfect vehicle for my wife and I. Bob has been super transparent and honest with me in regards to how they price out their vehicles and how they strive to be the lowest priced around so that people will come in to the dealership. But the best part is their motivation isn't just to make money, but to get people great deals on great used vehicles. They also offer a limited time warranty on the vehicles they sell which is super cool. Would HIGHLY recommend going here if you are in search for a well taken care of used vehicle. Hard to find honest used car dealerships around, but these guys do it right!!
