In August my husband and 3 kids were caught in that nasty storm. A tree came down on our vehicle while trying to make it home. Our car was pretty smashed up. The next day I google searched for a body shop and found Signature. I called and spoke with Nick. He got everything set up for the tow truck to come and get our car as well as helped with putting us in a vehicle. Nick was extremely helpful and very caring. He went to bat for us with the insurance company as well who were dragging g there feet with our claim. The insurance company totaled our car after 2 months of back and fourth. Nick was very happy to help us with the loaner car for a bit longer so we were able to figure out a vehicle big enough for our kids. I would highly recommend and be a return customer.Services: Body & Trim

Pitiful service and horrid customer service and they like to brutally insult people for asking a question about there business I've never rented a car before and I thougt maybe they did it even if they weren't working on my car simply asked a question I would never in my life take anything to this awful business

I was in a car accident and simply googled a body shop near me and called Signature Collision. Just that first call I knew they were the place to go! Nick was SO helpful in every step I had to take; I knew nothing about anything car repair related to this degree. Nick explained things, was in good communication at all times through the process. My vehicle ended up being deemed totaled and Nick did not stop helping me until the very last step! I would go to this business 1,00 times over. Excellent service amd very knowledgeable!

The office was super helpful and the service was fast. The color match was spot on, the last bodyshop had tons of trouble - not these guys they rocked it! I would recommend them to anyone!
