This company is awful. They allowed my budget plan to gain a balance excess of $3000. When inquiring about how this may have happened I'm brushed off and told maybe I want to pay more monthly. Awful, awful company. Avoid!Response to their reply: I've emailed them. They gave me a vague probably AI answer that maybe I should pay more like it was my fault.

Your rep refused months ago to lower the monthly budget payment. Now they are charging a 150 fee to cancel it? I guess you dont like customer retention?

Customer service sucks. I have an Amerigas propane tank in my yard. I never had an account with them. The empty, disconnected tank was there when I moved in and Amerigas won't come pick it up. I will be giving the tank away on Facebook Market Place.

I received a credit for the difference of $147.39 and was told my prepaid contract was updated to the correct amount of 2.050/gallon and now I get a past due bill. Why can't this company get anything right. If I end up with my propane shut off, you will be hearing from my attorney. This mess has gone on too long and I am sick of your companies incompetencies.

Bad customer service don't communicate very well. The customer service people are located overseas and don't speak English very well. My problem never got resolved even after 4 calls finally called corporate headquarters got an customer resolution person and problem was solved.

CONSUMER BEWARE! Be prepared to get mysterious charges and run out of propane waiting for a delivery you placed before a blizzard hits the state. I've had nothing but trouble just for being a customer that is C.O.D. meaning I pay before the delivery (because I live in a rental and didn't set up the gas) and get treated like I'm at the bottom of the list. I also receive a tank rental fee that has late charges to boot, but only if I use less than 1000 gallons. I live in Michigan so that's not hard to achieve but I still get charged the fee bc the records that amerigas shows I only made it all the way through winter with 300 gallons. I'm not a snow bird, I live in Michigan year-round. It would be impossible to survive with only 300 gallons. CONSUMER BEWARE!

Massive price increase with no notice about it. Have called to have this resolved and after waiting 10 days with no response i have called and been hung up on multiple times trying to resolve this. I will definitely be canceling my future fills with them.

In September I called because I thought we cut a gas line amerigas insisted I would smell gas and I would need 700 to dig a new one they said when they checked I didn’t have gas maybe that was the problem. In Oct I filled up the gas tank and told them the furnace would not light they said must be the furnace called furnace company who said no gas was getting to the house called amerigas for the 3rd time to come out they charged me to come out check 1 regulator said it is working and left they never checked the second line called the furnace company back out they checked both regulators and found the second regulator wasn’t getting gas called amerigas for a 4th time now they came out my tank is at 30 percent because the gas line was broke and leaked all my gas into the ground they put a temporary gas line so I finally had heat on December 20th it took 4 months a full gas tank plus half a tank a 500 dollar electric bill from heating with space heaters 2 service calls for the furnace company and I was charged 3 service calls from amerigas I AM PiSSED when I called I got rude phone service no one could help they didn’t listen to me I got hung up on and 2 times she kept saying I don’t understand what you are saying AMERIGAS sucks I will be changing service ASAP after this run around

horrible service i have been trying to have a tank removed from my property for 5 years they wont call back or pick it up i guess my only option is to place a storage lien on it.dont waste your time with them
