“Went in for an oil change and the gentleman had noticed I had on 4 brand new tires while checking the air pressure. Upon observing, had noticed that all 4 had too much air in them, 7 loose lugnuts, 4 missing lugnuts and many were stripped. He went up and beyond by helping tighten the lugnuts until I made an appointment to go visit the business that failed to properly install my tires. If I wouldn't have stopped to get my oil changed, Myself with my two kids could of gotten really hurt if 1 or 2 tires would of flew off while traveling to GR. Thank you again for everything you do for your customers.”
