I would like to say thank you to grand river propane for caring so much more about there customers and not the dollar they can make. I've been out of work and just found a job and have 2% propane left. Grand river propane was there to help regardless of my balance. Thank you thank you!

. So I got rid of them and they left there tank on my property for about 2 month . I've called numerous times for them to come get it as the other company was kind enough to put it at the end of my drive . Anyways they finally come get it . Then I get a bill in the mail for 50 dollars ! They said it was for tank removal. They told me don't worry we will take care of it for letting the tank sit there for so long . Some time goes by then I receive a bill from collections for the bill they said they would take care of !!! I'm not paying it ! What a dirty way to run a business ! Stay away people!!!

Ended their service back in December of 2021 here it is March of 2023 an their tank an blocks are still sitting on my property. They've been notified several times an still nothing but them sending me bills. Don't waste your time with them! They got sent a bill for storage.

Having lost my husband several weeks ago, I was unaware of all the little things I would need to take care of - one of which was propane. I spent the entire Christmas weekend with only space heaters, but Grand River Propane took great care of me today and I couldn't be happier with their service.

Recently Grand River Propane has undergone a change of staff in our local Ionia office. The change has been 100% positive all around. My previous 1 Star service review has changed to a 5 star service review. The new staff credited my account, came out same day for no extra charge since they were in the area to save time. Working with the Carlos in the Ionia office and Steve who filled my tank were awesome. Thank you both for improving a local business. I will definitely recommend Grand River Propane in the future.

Was loured in with a lower price, then was told they were going to send out flyers with a price that we could get locked in for this year well no big surprise that never happened and the prices went up 20 more cents a gallon. And as far as calling in to talk to a person,good luck!

I was there service yech since day one. I contracted covid on the job. They paid me nothing and refuse to speak to me to this day... this company is garbage.. I feel bad for all the customers I'm sure are being not serviced

Worst business ever! They said they'd be out on the 19th of this month....still no sing and the only way for anyone to answer the phone is if you sit and repeatedly call, then they say that they are sure you're on the list. I've waited and waited still I wait. I would actually give a negative 5 stars ???
