“I purchased a 2016 BMW 5 series from Matt at Silver Lake about 6 weeks ago. He was very polite and good to work with. After just a few days, I had a couple issues come up. The alternator went out on it. There is no way anyone could have seen that coming. Matt helped point me in the right direction and saved a ton of money in repairs. There was also an issue with the CV axle which had recently been replaced. Matt worked it out with a local mechanic and had it taken care of with no cost to me. He took the extra time and helped me. The car is working great and I'm very pleased with this dealership. Highly recommend.”
