“Sometimes around the holidays if you call people are so frustrated and customer service that they’re not kind and don’t want to give you information or stay on the phone too long yesterday which would’ve been December 14. I called the gas station and the young man on the phone was very kind. I asked him a question. Can you use a Meijer gift card that was gifted to me For Christmas at the gas station for gas and he explained exactly how to do it and how to use it and for that I was grateful and he was just so kind and sweet. It’s rare these days.”

“This is the absolute best pharmacy in town. The pharmacists are both helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. The techs are awesome as well and work their butts off. They are always SO busy but you never feel like they don’t care or are trying to rush you. They go 110% out of their way to be the absolute best.”

This simple innovation is helping people get their products at an omnipresence standby.I personally come here for the monster energy drinks they have the 3/$6.50 sale… and I capitalize on it. The shelf real estate candy section contains about 15% of Reese’s products… which give me choices.??”

“The Rite Aid at Chums closed & we got moved to Walgreens Chums corners pharmacy . .I never write reviews but the pharmacy is such a contrast to 30 years with Rite Aid .Totally unprofessional ! .employees seem to not know or CARE about your prescriptions or you .I moved back to Rite Aid at East Front in Traverse City .It is 3 miles farther away but professional prompt service by pharmacy staff & a friendly environment overall .I am sad that most of Rite Aids closed up here! Because they are a far better store & pharmacy ! And Paul our pharmacist moved there so .Win Win !”
