“I was traveling through travers city, Michigan and had a serious issue with my RV. I called over 10 RV and truck service companies. I explained my situation to them. none of them were helpful or considerate of situations and time frame. I spoke to a friend of mine who suggested calling valley truck parts. I spoke to Adam. He was amazing . He said he could fix my problem and he would make sure they got me in and had the parts I needed in just a couple of days. I took my coach in today. Everyone was so helpful and nice. They fixed my coach and charged me about half what I thought it would be. I would recommend them to anyone. it's hard to find people like this anymore. Keith”

They washed my car and cleaned the interior too. Very polite and answered all my questions including some advice about insurance. Having the service manager come out and walk through my vehicle inspection point by point is a hallmark of your dealership. The level of care and detail is above all others I have dealt with.
