People ar the counter are great. The new postman scams our apartment building by showing up before 8 am or after 5 pm office hours so he won't have to have the office make an announcement so we can get our packages which has never been a problem in the past. The postmaster claimed that she only sees families in this building, which in reality is 80% senior and disabled people. She seems to think we have no right having this provided. Such a callous attitude. I hope Karma comes calling at her door someday and it will. It always does. We wise old folks know.

the carrier did not come over Thompson tower inkster every Monday and Wednesday come over hours 7 or 8 pm some time never come since 4 days never show the supervisor defend of him we can not complain

Horrible customer service and they need to get rid of whoever is out delivering mail. Y’all deliver mail late and act nonchalant about it as if people don’t have important stuff coming in the mail.

I'm sad to see bad reviews. I am a small business owner and I have used this post office for 2 years now. I have never had an issue with any of my prepaid postage parcels going missing or not being scanned in to active tracking information. In the past I have had issued with other post offices not scanning in every parcel. So far, so good. And in my experience, the people who work here are absolutely the most pleasant and professional. Remember these are government employees and should be treated with respect. This is a good place.
