Recently I took my car to Snappy for muffler repair. Their service was prompt and affordable. This place is a gem for the city of Inkster. This business is not in the city of Inkster because it has to be but because they love what they do and serving the community.

Was told to come back on another day early. I did and waited 2 hours just to be told he not sure to be able to work on my vehicle. Wasted my time. If they didn't want my business why agree for me to come on a certain day and time.

Owner does have a good sense of humor. Honest with his customers even though we may not like the answer. Prices were a lot better than most garages and especially dealerships. I frequent there to get things done. Best to call ahead though. Gets pretty busy there.

Very professional, honest, very trustful, and hard working guys. You can literally leave your wallet near Jims computer with a load of cash in it, and he will return it back to you just the way it was.?They earned my respect, I checked Jim out and had him to fix and repair my brakes and he did a very clean cut professional job! If you dont believe me, check out these 2 pictures of before, and after of the work they did to my car.
