“Are mail lady is so prompt and very kind. But she is taking a leave of absence because she is having hip surgery. The subs this past week messed up on some of our parcels. But inside the post office the front desk worker Rob is very good. I recommend the Lincoln Park Michigan Post office. A+++++”
“My FAVORITE post office! Tim, and Laura make sure everyone feels right at home when visiting. I've never been to any post office where everyone's personality is GREAT, fun, and always upbeat! If I could give this post office 10 stars I would. The only downside is that they aren’t open Saturday's, and close at 5pm M-F. 6:30/7pm would be a great closing time, but I do understand that romulus isn't a very big town, and they probably don't have enough customers to really stay open that late. I”

“Decent service, small retail space but all the postal amenities. Would recommend there are wait times when busy so expect some delays, limited parking, but people usually pull out fairly quickly. Street parking, handicap accessible but very heavy doors, so it may be limited access for some. Mailbox outside for easy drop off, but not a drive up style it's drop off, but you need to get out of the car to deposit your mail.”
“Large parking lot with a pull up mail box at one end. No shortage of places to park here. The lobby is clean and they offer PO Boxes. As well as other merchandise to purchase. As well as the free boxes the PO offers. The lines can be long so be prepared to wait. The woman today was very business like in and out. She was quite fast. Employees here are hit and miss. Sometimes you get warm and friendly sometimes you don't. Have your packages prepared properly and your paperwork in order before you get in line, and it should move quickly. I would like to suggest a stamp machine in the lobby. For when you just want to buy a book or a roll and go.”
“I am only giving this location a 5 star because of Gary Hicks. Why is he the only employee ever working the counter ? This location has no staff except for this one employee. If your employees call off get the supervisor to help . I come into this location once a month with 100 certifies hold the line up out the door and no one ever comes to help. Gary is patient and kind all I can do is work along side with him while he services me and other customers. Give this man a raise he deserves it!”
“Pros: Quick service & friendly staff. My go to Post office in Dearborn.Cons: This place does need some repairs for the interior and offer more packaging types for their customers.”
“The blonde lady is NOT rude, y’all just ask silly questions and don’t know how to read. She always greets me with a warm welcome, and is always happy to help me with all of my packages. I’ve been going to Patricia, Wu and the rest of the ladies for all of my postal needs for years now, and they make me look forward to coming in every time. They do a great job every time. “I went to this location to pick up a package and the way the line was ran was very efficient. The line was long but it moved fairly quickly. The employee and her manager who assisted me were very friendly. I live close by so I’ll be going to this location moving forward.”
“I've never had a problem with the folks at the Riverview office but the service counter has been closed. Note on the rollup door at the counter says to go to Southgate?”
“After having my package be in a Miss sent loop, Debbie was able to find my package out of like 400 parcels.

“Great customer service, but be very careful driving up the driveway just to get in the parking lot. The driveway just messed up my bumper. Best to park on the street if you don't have a truck, so you won't take a chance in ruining your vehicle.”
“My wife and I needed new passports and photos. Christy was wonderful - very informative, helpful, organized, and most of all happy and positive. Filling out the forms at home and ensuring you bring everything you need to handle passports can be stressful, but Christy made it a great experience. Thanks again!”

“On 9/1/21, I experienced a rude female USPS employee. The blue drop box states 5:00 p.m. collection pick up time. It was 4:34 p.m. when the employee rolled away the mail bin from the blue drop box. She refused to answer me in a professional manner, if the mail that gets placed into the drop box at the present time 4:35 p.m., will not be collected or processed until the following day?”
“I almost did not go to this post office based on reviews but I felt silly driving past it to go a couple miles away to another. I went in on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised I've never seen three counter employees at a post office normally it's 1 maybe 2 at the most! There was no line but customers were there. When I got to the counter the employee was very helpful wasn't trying to scam me out of money and probably the nicest post office employee I've ever come across”

“We Don't have the Biggest or Best Post Office here in Taylor but it's Clean, Got Friendly Employees (Most Days) Well Equipped, Lots of Parking, Hallmark Cards, Packing Supplies, Handicap Parking & Ramp. On the Down Side it's Wheel Chair Accessable to the Door Cause those Automatic Doors haven't worked since 85' I Believe.”

“I recently had difficulty with an international shipment. Tracking can be difficult with them at times. My package was missing for two days but the supervisor Ms.Jackson took down my information and ensured me they would try their hardest. Thankfully it was found! I'm grateful for all of the care and hardwork from all of the postal officers here. Thank you for everything.”
“They've always been the best; especially Kieth- who's been there forever. All staff are always friendly & courteous. I choose to come to this location for that reason....which is most likely the reason there are line-ups, which they disburse of quickly & efficiently. “I'm sad to see bad reviews. I am a small business owner and I have used this post office for 2 years now. I have never had an issue with any of my prepaid postage parcels going missing or not being scanned in to active tracking information. In the past I have had issued with other post offices not scanning in every parcel. So far, so good. And in my experience, the people who work here are absolutely the most pleasant and professional. Remember these are government employees and should be treated with respect. This is a good place.”
