MRI and Steve Sauter were wonderful to work with. I wanted to buy a 65" OLED TV they had refurbished for a customer who no longer wanted it and to have it shipped to me. Many sellers won't do this for various reasons, including that the thin OLED TV's are fragile, but Steve agreed to ship it and gave me a fair price. He insisted the TV be palletized to assure safe transit. He helped me find a shipper and then arranged the shipping through his company to reduce the transit charges. He keep me informed of shipping progress and then checked in with me to be sure the TV had arrived undamaged and was operating as expected. It was a very smooth, pleasant, well informed and satisfactory experience for me and I'd highly recommend doing business with this company.

I work in property management and 3 of their donation boxes have shown up at 2 different properties we both own and manage. On the boxes it states that they are permitted to be where they are placed - which is not true. No one asked us, they just dropped them off. Per the city, they are not allowed in shopping center lots. I've been calling their office for TWO MONTHS asking for these to be removed ASAP, and each time they insist they will be gone by the end of the week. But here we are 2+ months later and they're still there. Now they hardly answer their phones - I have to call 10+ times, and multiple different numbers before I get a hold of someone. I've been told it's being passed on to both a route manager and an operations manager. The route manager gave me his cell phone number and insisted he was going to take care of it. He obviously hasn't and he doesn't answer or return my calls. They never come to empty the bins, resulting in literal tons of trash being piled outside of the boxes resulting in us getting complaints from tenants, customers, AND the city. It's getting absolutely ridiculous and really frustrating that they obviously do not care at all.

I know this is for charity but come on - I felt this place was a little unorganized. Let me start off - the building doesn't really stand out or anything (at least to me). So I was trying to donate some shoes because not a lot of places accept them but long behold I discovered this place. I parked in their parking lot which I'm glad I left the shoes in my vehicle because when I tried to go in the building it was locked - so not welcoming to me. No sign saying "PUSH BUTTON FOR SERVICE" but I'm glad I started. A lady opened the door and ask how may I help you - I informed her that I have a ton of shoes to donate; so she directed me to drive my vehicle to the back dock area and someone will meet me. So I did - but the guy will a little confused as well but he did help and throw them on the dock. I thought to myself - maybe they'll organize later, then he started to walk away. Before he left I asked if they had the tax donation form - he had no clue what I was talking about and tried to call the lady back who assisted but she didn't answer. I said "screw it, it's for the needy" - basically he throw his hands up with a lost face. Well maybe they'll eventually get better - seems like that have well presented website which is up and running but maybe they deal with business more instead of individuals dropping off. Well that's my 2 cents. :)
