We leased a 2014 focus on a buy here pay here contract and the vehicle was jerking when I test drove it with the check engine light on and I told Dan and he said we would have a 6 month 7500 warranty and in Dan's words he messed up on the warranty and before months happened the transmission went out on the car and I had it towed off the freeway so it didn't get in pounded and I was quoted a higher price then he got but Dan still expects me to pay for the transmission which should have been covered under the warranty he promised on purchase date which should have been completed and just to us to get our personal property out of the vehicle he wants money, scam artist all the way
Dan your lying should I post where we were quoted $5800 for the transmission and you picked it up and had the transmission rebuilt for $2100 and want to add that onto what we still owed, the vehicle alone was $3500 and cost an extra $2100 for the transmission? Keep lying Dan and answer this if I'm just mad the vehicle was repossessed why can't we get our personal belongings from it? Because you had to have it towed from Auto Masters 17805 E 8 Mile Rd Eastpointe MI 48021 and said we had to pay you the $156.00 tow fee and we still have the text so keep your lying up and I'm looking into the lemon law so don't spend to much on your vehicles cuz you may need an attorney

Where do I start....??!? I found myself without a vehicle unexpectedly & it put me in an obvious bind. I didn't have a ton of cash ATM but was in desperate need of a vehicle and found a vehicle online that looked hopeful.
That post brought me to Kelly's Cars after Merritt Mr. Dan was a literal lifesaver! He worked with my on my downpayment, put new tires on the vehicle I was buying and had me driving that same day without the overwhelming feeling of dred and worry I had prior to walking in. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them & would send anyone there way as well.

I bought a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country from here at the recommendation of a trusted and respected friend. What I appreciate the most is that Dan was honest! He didn't try to sell me a lie or talk up a sell. I was able to bring the neighborhood mechanic with me and we took the car for a test drive. Dan was also ok with me taking the car to have it checked out first. Most used car dealers will not do this. If you are looking for a used car and don't want smoke blown up your arse, grab a mechanic and go here. What you see is what you get, and the best part is that Dan is a nice guy to deal with. He was very hepful and not in a snarky sale's guy kind of way. The vehicle? I put new brakes on it, changed the oil, cleaned the EGR valve and it runs really well!!! The engine and trans are in good condition. Nothing major was needed. It was clean on the inside too. The extras worked (sliding doors, lift gate, alarm, sunroof, ac/ heat, etc.) Now that I no longer have to deal with MI weather, I'm pretty sure I'll have this car for a nice long while! If you are looking for a good used car at a reasonable price, I recommend Kelly's Auto. Dan's your man!
